## Results

- **2025** since we took on the campaign's press
- **4** regions in a single season
- **1** voice, across every race and every market

## The situation

Black Jack 100 races the offshore classics: the Rolex Fastnet Race, the Rolex Middle Sea Race, the RORC Caribbean 600, the Newport Bermuda Race. Four regions in one season, and a press landscape that is different in each.

An offshore race has no schedule. The finish comes when it comes, and at that moment the international sailing press wants one thing: what happened, in usable form, immediately.

## What we do

* **Hold one voice.** Every release sounds like the last one, whether it comes from Antigua or Bermuda. That is what makes a campaign recognisable in markets where nobody knows the boat.
* **Be fast.** The release lands when the result does, not the following morning.
* **Write in the form the press uses.** English, the result in the first line, the times immediately after. Publishable without a rewrite.
* **Place it and stay reachable.** Race press offices, international sailing titles, class media. And answer the follow-up question, including the one from a time zone that is awake when the finish port isn't.

## What it delivers

Every race becomes a written, placed story rather than a line on a results page. Consistent enough to read as one campaign across a season, and fast enough to land inside the window where the international press publishes.

## Why this works

Speed gets the attention of the press. Consistency is what brings them back.

Most team communications has one of the two. A release that exists but sounds different every race builds nothing. A recognisable voice that arrives two days late doesn't get read.

**Communication, marketing and sponsorship are one discipline.**
