A new look for 87KNOTS
New mark, new colour and a payoff that explains where the name comes from.
After seven years with the same logo, it was time. The mark has been rebuilt — the same extended bar and the same angled cut, but now drawn mathematically on a single ratio instead of by approximation.
What is new is the colour and the line underneath. Signal orange is the colour you spot first on open water: rescue orange. And BUILT TO HOLD explains where the name comes from. A knot has one job — to hold when the tension rises. That is exactly what a sponsorship deal, a campaign and a partnership have to do.
Over the rest of the year the identity rolls out across everything. Spot the old logo somewhere? Let us know.
